"I've spent $8,943.76 at this shop over the last 20 months on this car and for the most part have felt like you were doing a good job. It's an old car and I understand these things happen. However, the last time I took it in I was very disappointed. I took it in for an oil leak and was told on 11/1/22 to hold off on getting the timing cover replaced until my next oil change or after the winter. I had to go back two weeks later because my car was shaking, etc. The engine oil had leaked on my spark plugs and ignition coil and they had to be replaced. I was told that on "closer inspection" you were 80-90% sure it was a valve cover leak not a timing cover. I really wish there had been a closer inspection when I took it in in earlier this month and saved me the $500 I paid to replace the sparks plugs and ignition coil and $341.00 for a rental car for the week (because I'm a single mom social worker who does home visits with old people for a living and I have to keep my j.o.b.). I would really appreciate it if the owner, Paul, were to give me a call or if you all were to reimburse me for the rental car and car repair..."
